Abstract: Since the beginning of the 21st century, China’s ecocriticism has undergone three waves of internationalization. The first wave was marked by the initial exchanges between Chinese and Western ecocriticism. During the second wave, Western ecocritical theories traveled to China and, after undergoing a process of “glocalization,” re-entered the international academic sphere in a hybrid theoretical form. The primary characteristic of the third wave is the global dissemination of indigenous Chinese ecocritical thought. At this stage, China’s ecocriticism on the international stage has achieved an equal dialogue with Western ecocriticism in areas such as animal studies and ecofeminism. Additionally, indigenous Chinese ecocritical theories, such as “eco-aesthetics,” have contributed Chinese wisdom to the development of international ecocriticism. In the future, Chinese scholars need to further expand and deepen dialogues with their international counterparts in specific subfields of ecocriticism , while also accelerating efforts to build a distinct Chinese school of ecocriticism.

摘要： 21世纪以来,中国生态批评经历了三次国际化的浪潮。第一次浪潮以中、西生态批评的早期对话为标志;第二次浪潮中,西方生态批评理论旅行至中国,在经历了“全球本土化”改造后,以一种混杂的理论形态出现在国际学界;第三次浪潮的主要特征则是中国本土的生态批评资源得到挖掘并逐步走向世界。现阶段,中国生态批评与西方生态批评在动物研究、生态女性主义等方面形成平等对话的局面。同时,“生态美学”等中国本土的生态批评理论建构为生态批评的发展贡献了中国智慧。未来,中国学者有待在生态批评的细分领域进一步扩大和加深与国际同行的对话,此外,也要加快构建生态批评的中国学派。
