Abstract: The rise of artificial intelligence literature signifies a paradigmatic shift in the control structure of literary creation, moving from a centralized subject toward a distributed system. The absolute control traditionally held by human authors, after transitioning through ergodic literary forms such as hypertext and cybertext, has ultimately evolved into a distributed control within “human-machine collaborative writing”: humans set the generative framework via prompts, while algorithms enact real-time writing along specific pathways. Creation thus becomes a labyrinthine machine whose entrance is defined by humans and whose paths are generated by artificial intelligence, with control continuously circulating between human intention and machine computation. This control structure secures the manageability of the text generation while simultaneously containing the potential for structural loss of control. It is precisely within this dialectical movement between control and loss of control that creation manifests as an interactive practice between humans and machines—through continuous dialogue, human and machine jointly explore the writing journey from chaos to order, revealing how literariness is reconfigured in a technological context, while also propelling the literary paradigm from the traditional “human literature” toward “post-human literature.”
