“超真实”时代的科幻文学创作

摘要: 在让·鲍德里亚(Jean Baudrillard)的“超真实”理论中,后现代社会对于真实世界的认知被媒介信息所覆盖并掌控,形成一种新的现实观念。而在当下的中国,科技的快速广泛运用同样全方位改写着社会景观,人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实、生物编辑等技术概念进入大众话语体系,同样也对文学创作者把握现实造成更大的挑战。本文从借助AI进行写作实践开始,探讨科技环境对文学写作本身的改变,再借由苏恩文(Darko Suvin)、朱瑞瑛(Seo-Young Chu)、詹明信(Frederick Jameson)的理论,分析科幻小说对于科技时代现实的再现与摹仿能力为何超越了传统文学类型,并提出科幻写作者如何应对科技发展、媒介革命以及美学失范的外部挑战,力求实现文类突破。

Abstract: As the “hyperreality” theory of Jean Baudrillard suggests, the cognition of real world is overwritten and controlled by the media and information in the postmodern society and forms a new perspective of reality. In contemporary China, the fast and vast application of technologies also rewrites the social landscape. Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Genetic Engineering...all these techniques and concepts have invaded into the discourse system of the mass, and brought big challenges to the capturing the truths and facts as a literature writer. This article starts from the practice of using A.I. as a writing assistant to discuss the change of writing process itself within the technology context. With the theories of Darko Suvin, Seo-young Chu and Frederick Jameson, it shows why Science Fiction as a genre is more capable to represent the era of technologies than the traditional literary genres. It also analyzes how the science fiction writers respond to the external challenges of technology development, medium revolution and aesthetic anomie and achieve the break-through of the genre.
